Kremenko LTD has been doing business under that name since 1997. It is a family company in which two generations work. We have been creating mobile Fairytale thermo houses with our modern technology since 2011. At the 2014 Innovation Fair TESLA FEST we have won the golden plaque for the way of construction and in 2015 we have won the golden plaque for design. We are the owners of the patent number 59823 since 2016.

Mobile Fairytale thermo houses give you the possibility of an extraordinary experience. They are the combination of innovation, art, free creativity, creative expression, endless possibilities and practical functionality. Emphasis is put on both the decorative character of the house as well as the use value of the house. Each house is unique. Each detail on the house is the pure intention of the creator, we use the freedom of the moment and make it possible without limitations. These houses are a novelty compared to previously known methods of construction. They can be made for living (houses on land and water catamarans), economic and advertising activities, etc.

Houses built with our TERAZ (thermo-reinforced wall) technology is characterized by: likable appearance (customer’s request), excellent thermal and sound isolation, easy maintenance and repair, easy upgrade of the house, durability and strength, long life span, energy efficiency, environmental aspect (recycling), easy portability of the house, safety from natural disasters (earthquakes, landslide, impact wind…) The advantages over the classical construction method: houses do not crumble, no roof structure needed (beams, tiles…), absorbs vibrations during earthquakes and there is no possibility of heavy concrete parts, bricks, etc. falling off, houses always retain their shape during landslides, they heat and cool very quickly and work on the principle of thermal bottles, possibility of connecting (modular construction) several objects, the weight of the house (1/3 lighter than the existing ones) simple and easy transport as well as loading and unloading because they have small wheels due to the mobility of the house and a building permit is not needed precisely because of the mobility of the building.

Note: we have all the certificates of materials used in the production process as well as technical documentation under number: TN2020 / 20037 made in Slovenia in 2020 (use permit). The documentation is valid for the entire territory of the EU. The facilities are safe to live in.
